Problem 21: (Union Of Two Intervals)

Suppose that $a,b,c,d\in \mathbb{R}$ and that $a<b<c<d$. Consider the intervals $ A=(a,c) $ and $ B=[b,d]$. Prove that $ A\cup B = (a,d] $.
